Transparent service and payment terms
Estimates and payment
Prices are provided in a written estimate or invoice. Work outside the approved scope requires customer authorization. Payment timing, deposits, and due dates are stated on the applicable estimate or invoice. Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe; Resolved does not store full card numbers.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please contact us as early as possible to cancel or reschedule. Project-specific cancellation terms, including any non-refundable materials or committed third-party costs, will be disclosed in writing before approval.
Refunds and service concerns
If there is a billing error or service concern, contact us promptly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Completed labor, delivered materials, and specially ordered items may be non-refundable when disclosed in the approved estimate or invoice.
Privacy
We use customer contact, property, scheduling, estimate, invoice, and service information to provide and support requested work. Payment details are handled by Stripe. We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the business, deliver service, process payments, comply with law, or protect customers and the company.
Terms
Service is governed by the written estimate, work authorization, invoice, and any project-specific terms accepted by the customer. Availability and service area vary. Customers are responsible for providing safe and authorized property access and accurate project information.
